Beautiful location with friendly staff and it's exceptionally clean. I was comfortable right away, which isn't always normal with yoga studios. The sauna is a must!

The whole place is very nice and clean, the staff are wonderful. I used the sauna and it was very relaxing .

after a work out in gym its really nice to loosen up those tight muscles and relaxes them by going to infrared sauna, I'd love to do that any gym activities I feel good and you will have a good sleep too.

Was great though sign up was very time Consuming considering we wernt taking a class but simply using the sauna. Friendly staff though.
