My original impression of your business was not real positive due to the reception I received from the guy who checked me in. Fortunately, there were other members of the staff who made me feel more welcome, and the service itself was fine. There are a lot of service providers in the neighborhood and friendliness goes a long way to encourage repeat business.

I had an oil change and tire rotation. The oil leaked on my garage floor after returning from their shop. I had to drive to a fast lube near my house to check it right away! The oil filter had not properly installed! Bad service!
