Somehow my phone order for chocolate-covered strawberries was "lost". There was no record of my order when I arrived. Rather than getting flustered/blaming someone else/not filling my order, the clerk apologized and had my order ready within a few minutes. Good customre service.

I bought a half dozen of your chocolate covered strawberries and I thought their packaging wasn't very good. If you bought a dozen they were in a heart shaped box all together but the half dozen were in two different boxes, I just would have liked them to look nicer. But they tasted amazing :)
