I had my hair cut by StoneHouse Hair approximately a year ago and my experience then was much better than today. In a single word: UNPROFESSIONAL. To begin with, the stylist did not introduce herself to me. Rather, I was motioned to a seat and draped by a woman, who I had to ask if she was my stylist. The floor was covered with hair, which didn't appear to bother anyone but myself, since a number of stylists wore open toe-shoes but failed to pick up a broom. As a noon appt, staff were found eating lunch at the front desk & answering personal calls. Indeed, the stylist next to me proceeded to conduct cheerleading business on her phone while with her client. I wont be back.

Alex was nice, but she was texting on her phone while cutting my hair...very unprofessional. She did not talk to me during my appt. and she was very rough. But she did give a nice haircut.
