As I said, Rachelle was really nice. But it took 2 hours combined for a simple mani/pedi. Since it took so long, I had to split the services between 2 visits. I understand that most salons charge the price that they do for the same services. But if they want to compete with nail shops who do the same services with nicer amenities for a lower price then they will need to improve the things that I have mentioned above.
