This was my first yoga class, let alone hot Yoga. Generally, I don't do too well in sauna's but this class and studio is amazing! I'm hooked. They guide you through every pose and their is no pressure or judgement on how far you can push yourself. Def. recommend!

I needed this. On a cold day (well...cold for LA) I couldn't be happier to be in a toasty warm and encouraging environment. I felt both challenged and at home all at the same time.
