About Original Just Turkey

You expect to find turkey in Thanksgiving spreads, on sandwiches, and even at traditional second Thanksgivings. However, Just Turkey is on a mission to prepare the poultry in any tasty way they can. They use the meat as a healthier alternative to beef and pork, adapting its flavors into dishes ranging from tacos to lasagna. The barbecue plates remain customer favorites, including jerk turkey tips, and barbecue turkey tips and ribs slathered in a spicy-sweet sauce. The unique approach has certainly caught on—what started as a single outpost has grown to a family of six locations throughout Chicagoland, and the menu has been featured in Time Out Chicago, on 190 North, and on ABC-7's Hungry Hound.
