They offer the facial procedure, but every time I called to schedule an appointment they told me they only had one employee working and that day wasn't available for schedule. Why advertise this product or procedure if you cannot provide it?

I will never go back. I arrived at my aooointment 10 minutes earlier, only for the manager to tell me her tech diesnt feel comfortable doing a facial. I live 45 mins a way and they never thoight to call me in advance, i recieved no apology
