Really nice experience! The boat was comfy, the water was beautiful, the food was good, and the boat crew were knowledgeable and friendly. The staff at the dock was out of this world awesome and accommodating to our large group. A million stars!

Our whale watching tour with Puget Sound Express was the highlight of our vacation! We saw a family of Orca whales and a guide explained as the mom and her four children hunted and captured their prey. It was amazing! We also saw tons of sea lions, various birds (puffins!), and a minke whale. All of the employees worked together to make it an amazing day. The boat is spacious and clean, the food servers were proactively helpful, the guides had endless knowledge to share if you were interested, the ticket office accommodated our large group and even reserved seating together, and the captain and crew gave us plenty of time to watch the wildlife while angling the boat to minimize the rocking. I can’t wait to go again!!

10/10 whale watching experience. The ride was smooth, boat was clean and the captain and naturalist on board ensured we saw wildlife and learned along the way.

This was my second tour, and it was another wonderful experience. Captain Tony, Claire, and Zoey took great care of everyone. We saw a pod of orcas and multiple humpbacks.

Of course you can't predict nature and you have to go with the flow and not have high expectations but I did get a check off on my bucket list and that was to see a whale in the wild. They do there best and communicate with other boats to find the whales. We saw six humpbacks this trip. All feeding and a couple with calves. It was awesome. Your phone camera will not capture the excitement or the moment. My expectation was to see whales like I do on TV, forgetting that's all special equipment. Nevertheless, it was still exciting to see and I would definitely say it's a must do when in PT.

Perfect day for whale watching! The services provided by Treavor and staff was over the top. The Blueberry Cake…I should have had another piece. The coffee cup refill…wonderful idea. Keep up the good work.

What a great deal on a wonderful adventure! I’ve done whale watching tours before but they didn’t compare with Puget Sound Express. I’m already looking forward to going out with them the next time we have out-of-town visitors.
