Beautiful facility. Great customer service. The facility is kept very clean. I felt safe, comfortable, and respected by staff and other climbers. I'm a fan of the little things. The chalk dispensers, their EO soap, natural feminine products available in the bathrooms, as well as easily accessible bandaids. The place is thoughtfully designed. It was a very good experience for me and my family.

Huge facility, great community, helpful staff, clean bathrooms with lavender soap, group exercise classes, what’s not to love? Looking forward to each and every one of my visits!
