You may not get the first flight because of weather but eventually you will and it is very pleasant. Staff are helpful.

Expect weather delays - be patient

We had a beautiful day but because the flying conditions need to be ideal - you may have some cancellations prior to actually getting to go. Thrilled with the ride and glad we had to wait as the fall colours were spectacular.

Absolutely brilliant experience

Hot air ballooning was great and so were the owners who run the company; however, it took over 2 years for us to finally go up! Unfortunately, a lot depends on the weather :( I would recommend the experience!
