They shouold have someone responsible to answer phone calls or else at least call them back after hours. They girls are very good house cleaners though. I was very satisfied with their work. They were very pleasant as well.

although the cleaning they did was fine, they left way earlier than they said they would and should definitely have stayed for the full two hours as there was so much more they could have cleaned. that definitely was not good.

Did a decent job cleaning, but they didn't give me 4 hours. They left after about2 hours. There were other things that could have been done.

These ladies were efficient, fun and professional. I've decided to bring them back on a regular basis.

House was very clean! Just that their rates are too high; otherwise I would have considered using their services regularly.

First, I tried several times to call Spotless Gecko and either their voice mail box was full or no one called me back within the 48 hrs as stated on their voice mail message Second, the cleaning was just ok. Nothing great!

I paid for a 4 hour cleaning. Since there were 2 cleaners, I understood that it would be 2 hours total time. I left for 1 hour and 25 minutes and when I returned they were already gone. They got a lot of cleaning done, but did not do a very good job. The dining room floor still had spots and they left streaks where they dusted. My house wasn't even very dirty before they started. I wouldn't want to pay full price for the short and poor cleaning job they did.
