They did a good job, with minimal mess; however, they did the expected "up-sell" to have the furnance cleaned and they did it without authorization from me, which created a bad situation and the Clean Master employee was unnecessily aggressive, which I found unprofessional. We did determine that it must have been a misunderstanding and they reduced the price of the unauthorized cleaning of the furance. In future, I recommend Clean Master to be more professional and have a paper to sign in agreement to any addition services.

The pricing is a bit missleading,way too many add ons,bringing the price MUCH higher than one is led to believe,

The person they sent had to drill access holes in my main lines got metal shavings everywhere and never cleaned up. When he was drilling the holes metal shavings were flying everywhere and he wasn't wearing safety glasses. He could have very easily got hurt. He also looked very disorganized. His tools and hoses were a mess.
