About Bass Lake Golf Course

Bass Lake Golf Course's par-72 course challenges players of all skill levels with up to 5,939 scenic yards of rolling foothills, stubborn trees, and glittering lakes infested with hungry, hungry hippos. The course's 18 holes test golfers' finesse with short layouts—including the up-to-150-yard hole 10—and driving accuracy with lengthy layouts—such as the up-to-526-yard hole 1. Since taking ownership of the course in 2002, Alex and Sabrina Ho have enhanced the club with a 30-stall driving range, practice greens, a pro shop, and an onsite restaurant and bar.

It's a fun course. Winter has been rough on the course surfaces, but it is well laid out. The greens are fast. Enjoy.

Don't bring an ice chest or any alcoholic beverage to the golf course. You must be gouged and buy beverage at the club house. $4.00 for a can of beer. It seems a bit over the top if you ask me. Water is provided at several or more tee's. It is a fun place to play; however, the front 9 has a few holes that the tee boxes appear to overlap the fairways and it can be a bit confusing the first time or two rounds you play. With the drought conditions being what they are, many of the fairways lack any green grass to hit from. It's easy to scratch up a good set of clubs there until they start getting more water on the grounds. The greens are very fast and have bad spots too for lack of watering. Well! it's just that more challenging. If you have some old clubs you don't care about; it might be something to consider. Good luck..
