A comfortable space and a great instructor. Emily led a class that was perfect for a total beginner to arial yoga like me. It was an interesting experience and I look forward to my next class.

Tonight was my first time there. The atmosphere was very friendly and comfortable and I felt the instructor went a step above by teaching therapeutic stretching and massaging in addition to the standard, full length yoga class. I'm looking forward to going back!

Sooooo fun! I took day first of five classes and I cannot wait to get back upside down! Definitely try it out if you are considering Aerial yoga at all!
