When Dr. Bruce Watson was a child, his father got injured at his cabinet-making shop. Young Bruce was scared; his dad was in pain and couldn't work. Finally, Grandma suggested that Dad pay a visit to her chiropractor, and a single visit got Pop off the couch and back in the shop. The impact this had on Bruce was tremendous. And after earning his chiropractic degree years later, Bruce again called upon personal experience to decide how to run his private clinic. Dr. Watson asked himself, "How would I like my father (or any loved one) to be treated when they enter a chiropractic office?"
