They then hand press Kennebec potatoes for the restaurant's signature fries, which can come topped in house chili.

There is no ambiance, but the burgers are good! However, plan to spend some time in the neon glow, because although the end result is worth it, it takes time!

It is a hamburger joint - down to earth, no frills (not even knives to cut the burger in half)

Visited the Vancouver store. It was a Friday night there were only 3 couples in the place. But there was only one person working. He was working the front and the till, he was bussing the tables and cooking all the orders. He was only able to help one party at a time and it took about 15 minutes to cook each order. We waited 45 minutes for our burgers. The Good news is the food was great! the employee was very nice and did the best he could under the circumstances. I hope he has more help in the future. Most of the customers were good about the wait.

The burgers are very good, but the (PDX location) Frack Burger appears to be short staffed. The two young men staffed on 1/10 were working hard. We were there
in the early evening and we waited 45 min. for 2 "to go" burgers. Fortunately the place wasn't real busy it would have take even longer.
