I purchased this with knowing very little about yoga. I quickly learned how much I enjoy it. The center is a wonderful place to practice. The instructors are so knowledgeable and are continually reminding us what muscles should be working, to always do only what our bodies need and to offer modifications along the way. Great instructors, great studio!

Staff members are very nice and helpful. Very peaceful place on the small side though. So get to your classes early for a good spot!
