Spa needs a sign out front, otherwise its pretty easy to drive past it. When spa gets a chance, take the spa out of the house, and put it in a actual legit building.

The floors are creaky. I was actually expecting a Day Spa, instead it was inside a photography studio. Anything, but elegant.

You should call customers the day before the appointment to confirm it. I made an appointment for a specific time and when I got there was told my appointment was for 1/2 hour earlier (which I do not think is correct since I wrote it down when I made the appointment. I did not get my full 1 hour massage that I paid for since they said I was late.
