The instructor is phenomenal. The atmosphere is very comfortable relaxing inviting. I wasn't ready to quit when the class was over. The movements were challenging yet comfortable. I felt like I had accomplished something. I was overly stressed and tired when I finished. I felt relaxed rejuvenated and energized at the end of the class. Wish I could do it everyday.
