Bring something to read while you wait, because you will wait! I have gone there on different days at different times and no matter what, I have always waited 10-15 minutes. Everyone working there is very nice but lacking some amenities - like a something to cover yourself with if you getting a bikini wax! They are fast at waxing and usually do a good job for a good price but they recently raised their prices. Increased prices, not enough "coverage" plus always having to wait made me decide to take my business elsewhere.
