Need lower tables. I am tall, but it is difficult to get up on table, or else have a sturdy stool.

The atmosphere is bare bones - they use disposable (paper) sheets, and there's no soothing music. Also they could use a step stool because it's hard to climb up onto the table. However the actual massage (what matters most) was one of the best I have ever experienced!

Absolutely hated use of paper products instead of sheets. Did not like therapist using latex gloves to give massage. Very excessive use of massage oil--- I felt like a grease bucket. Only gave a 45 minute... not 1 hour massage. I have had massages for years. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. I would never go back and would never recommend this masseuse.

scheduling issues. I made an appt. and when I arrived they never wrot my name down and were not able to take me. I rearranged my work schedule for this appt. When i rescheduled it was for over one month later, and the scheduler barely spoke Emglesh. The massage was good, but the customer service was very poor.

There bookkeeping about appointment is not sufficient at all. I had an appointment and my name was there but they had someone else already in the room when I arrived. The husband of the massage lady was very argumentative and didn't understand too much English. They can't afford a real appointment book - you should have seen the "appointment book" The massage itself was barely ok and there was no comfort in the room at all - no tranquility - I will not be going there again....

I arrived 10mins. early, owner (I'm assuming) arrives 10mins. late. I waited by the door. She arrived asking me if I had an appointment? (Yes?.. & Not apologizinng for being late?) She begins setting up her many signs for the assortment of businesses she runs out of same office. Not only was it not inviting? ..Paper on the massage table to lay on & PAPER to cover? NEVER have I experienced this? Massage purchased was an hour. I was lucky to get half with speediness. I commented on the aggressive, quick technique & was answered with a giggle? Do I want a response? No. Would I recommend? Absolutely Not!

I told them at the time I would not be back, was the worst massage I have ever received. I have getting massages weekly for 15 years. The person I was using retired so I was looking for someone to replace her. I am going elsewhere

nothing like what a spa should be very generic not professional at all....ive gone other places and this is by the far the worst atmosphere i have been in. wouldnt recommend it for anyone!!
