The whitening was supposed to be for one hour,it was for no more than twenty minutes at most and the gel used is not very strong. Disappointed!

Ineffective - did not whiten teeth. I was told the product simply didn't work on everyone. And I know that isn't true. So I chose a different dentist and had a successful result of 8 shades whiter. Go figure...

Just went for teeth whitening . Was told they would leave the tray in for about 45 minutes on the phone when I got to the office they said they leave the whitening tray in for 25 minutes. Actually only left the whitening on for less than 18 minutes and did nothing at all for whitening my teeth. my teeth are pretty white already but I did expect to see some difference and was told I would be able to when they looked at my teeth. It was a waste of money for me.
