Elements class is at 7:30 pm monday and wednesday. It's an hour and a half. Everyone is very nice. Just show up 15 minutes early to register.

I was looking at multiple crossfit gyms specifically ones that had an intro class.
I found that Dynamis crossfit had elements classes which helped introduce me to the exercises and focused on form. This definitely was very helpful and eased me in.

Awesome CrossFit box! I'm new to CrossFit and the intro and elements classes are great. Everyone here is super welcoming, knowledgeable and proffesional.

What an amazing introduction to CrossFit. Zak teaches an excellent class, and even though I have some experience in functional fitness, the staff is very attentive and knowledgable. There is no attitude and no pressure...just solid work ethic. Highly recommended

Dynamis Crossfit is a fantastic program and work-out studio. The owners/instructors are very knowledgeable, supportive, inspiring, kind and fun. The members work so darn hard a bond forms with the people you train with. I would highly recommend Dynamis Crossfit. It is more than a work out, it's like being part of something great.
