I was pleased with how my hair turned out. I could tell Donna was experienced, as she took great care of my hair! She explained my options clearly, and the results of my cut and color were almost exactly what I had requested. (The only thing I regret is that my cut was a bit shorter than I intended. But that happens with most stylists!) I would go to Donna again because I trust her. She's great.
