About Raw Romance

As its name suggests, Raw Romance was designed as a romantic date. The namesake "rawness" isn't a reference to attendees' passion, though—really, it refers to their fish. Over the course of the date, duos sip cocktails while crafting sushi rolls and sashimi bites, guided by a professional chef. At the date's end, they eat their creations, and take home a keepsake menu that's decorated with photos of their handiwork and their teamwork in the kitchen.
