I love the Brazilian blowout. It's like the texture of my hair is entirely different. One piece of advice would be to get on Shelly's schedule quickly as she's good and she fills her appointments very quickly.

I am VERY disappointed with the Brazilian blowout service. I followed the suggestion to flat iron my hair twice a day after the service, and wash hair on the 3rd day only with conditioner, but only found my hair already became fluffy after the wash! The service which mentions that the result can stay up to 12 weeks is just misleading and untrue! I suspect whether the hair salon stylist diluted my Brazilian blowout conditioner (which was the ONLY product used), or whether she followed all procedure for the service (highly doubted, otherwise my hair should NOT become fluffy after the 1st wash without using any shampoo!) If this is something I bought, I would have no hesitation to return!!!
