I misunderstood and thought I could get my hair hi-lighted, but she said I would have to pay more because it took more time. I could only get a color. I was her last appt. of the day so I don't see where time was a factor. She dropped hair color on my new white pants and said it will come out but it didn't. She did tell me I could bring them to her so that she could get the color out. Why should I waste my time, so she can bleach them? I paid $45.00 for a $90.00 appt. and she wanted more for hi-lites, I don't think so!
