She was very professional. She opened up the shop for me even when it was closed. Best Brazilian wax I have ever had. She was very quick and there was virtually no pain. I would definitely go back to here as was as recommend her to others.

Great customer service and easy appointment scheduling... but unsanitary practices (I.e. Double dipping in the wax with the same instrument while waxing, not disinfecting the table patrons lay on, etc.).

Double dipping when waxing, Time consuming, unprofessional (meaning talks on her cell when performs a treatment)!

The lady who did my Brazilian wax opened the door while I was dressing! Bad experience

She was terrible. I wish I could get my money back. I actually only went to one of the three sessions and I will not go back. She doesn't know what she's doing. She doesn't have the right kind of wax for doing brazillians and she was so unprofessional. On top of that she double dipped the wand she was using to apply the wax. I was so mortified I didn't know what to do. I feel bad for the girl who went in after me to get her eyebrows done and I'm freaking out about the possibility of having picked up something from her disgusting pot of wax. She left the door open at one point while I was still half naked and she took a phone call in the middle of the service. I will NEVER go back there.
