The shop is comfortable and welcoming. The sign up process online is excellent. The acupuncturist was skillful and supportive. The room where the service was delivered was quiet with very nice ambient music. I thoroughly enjoyed my first experience. An informational card was provided when I left to address any questions and provide a phone number.
