Got my first ever ring muscle up on my first time dropping in here. So great!
Even aside from that very exciting moment, this is one of the nicer CF gyms I've ever been to. Definitely worth checking out.

Pretty nice CrossFit. They even have showers which is great! A bit pricer than most CrossFit guns in the burbs but had a nice space.

I did crossfit at this box back in 2014 and when i learned i was movie back to the area I knew i had to return. The reason i returned was crossfit is a great workout but without coaches who care this is an easy sport to get injured at. Andres, Al and Peter are the only people I would trust to do this sport under. They are the best in the industry in my opinion.

I have been to a few crossfit gyms, and the trainers here have given me the best instruction I've had yet.
