I'm so glad I gave it a try. I will definitely sign up after my first month. Only thing that I liked better about NYSC was they had more & updated water fountains and they had a more room between equipment. Other than that Synergy's tredmills are better and they have a much larger selection of abdominal equipment. Can't wait to be a member.

Everybody there was very nice, from the desk people to the instructors. Everybody was encouraging and fun to be around!

The facility is clean, not tremendously crowded and they have enough equipment for all. You don't have to wait.
