Good layout, they kept the same layout from the old Royal Oaks and did remarkable improvements, the greens were in excellent shape

Scenic course. Hilly course. Some hidden water hazards. Bring water as there are no canteens on the course (or cart girls). take advantage of the hills roll out on the par 5 holes. settle for par on the par 3's.

Greens are perfect, & you def. pay for miss hits off the tee box... All an all a really nice course.
