Fiddles, pipes, drums, and pianos fill the air with a contagious rhythm. A group of people starts tapping its toes as one, and everyone begins to dance in celebration of Scottish culture. It's a special moment, and one that happens frequently at Annandale Center Scottish Dance and More. The center hosts social events, casual dance classes, and competitive dancers with enough enthusiasm to power all of Edinburgh. Amy Mooney and Pat Johnston teach the dance curriculum, each boasting more than 20 years of experience and dancing certifications.
