About Championship Martial Arts

At Championship Martial Arts, trained instructors teach life skills and karate techniques to students age 4 and older using a curriculum designed to challenge and engage children, teens, and adults. Each class begins with a "mat chat" to introduce the upcoming lesson to its participants, followed by a fitness-style warm-up and drills such as target training and kicking combos, which vary on a class-by-class basis. The results, however, don't vary—over the long-term, students of all skill levels will see an improvement in their stamina and muscle tone.
