It work's super fast, I only left it on for about 10 minutes and it lightened my teeth 2 shades and is very noticeable, make sure you trim the trays to fit you're teeth before putting the gel in it burns like a m.f on you're gums but the irritation went away within seconds not minutes or day's this is the 3rd whitening kit I've used and this brand is by far the best I've tried .
