They actually have a shower - nice- and bring a bathing suit for the sauna. It was nice. It would have been nice knowing this before I went I would have been better prepared.

Wonderful place! So relaxing and the staff is so nice. If you go ask for Cat. She does an amazing job. Extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Ill be back!

The massage was wonderful, but people need to be prepared for the primitive facilities. The building is very old. The sauna is VERY small and you are not guaranteed a private session, so it could be VERY awkward to have to share a session. There are no lockers or robes or hair dryers or shower supplies beyond bodywash. The shower is just awful. It's actually in a utility closet, a tiny corner unit from the 70's. If you are claustrophobic, look out! No mirror or sink, just a broken toilet jammed in beside the shower, no place to put your stuff. I would never go back for the sauna or use the primitive shower facilities again, but the massage was REALLY worth a return visit.

Anna Sanders was very knowledgeable regarding my tight muscles. Got pain relief from Kate Thomas Yoga class as well!
