Cynthia provided an excellent haircut, and made recommendations to enhance my "look". Was not just a cut and get it over with experience... She took her time to ensure I was happy and listened to what I wanted and made recommendations based on her extensive experience.

My hair was not even and I had to go to another salon to get it fixed. I was told by the owner of the salon that corrected the flaws that it was 3/4 to 1 inch longer on one side compared to the other. Also, my hair was cut straight across not rounded so that had to be fixed too!
