The trainers are awesome and are really good with working with you. The workout is tough but had work pays off. I love it!!!

Love the classes. The atmosphere and the instructors are amazing. If your lacking motivation in a workout I suggest trying this out.

You can buy one set of $8 handwraps @ Title Boxing or buy a set of 3 for $12 on Amazon (Survival Cross brand) They'll wrap your hands for you or you can YouTube how to do it yourself I used their "community gloves" for the first class and they're pretty sweaty, so you might want to invest in your own pair if you're committed The staff is anxious to help and answer questions Large population of women in the classes to my surprise It's an INTENSE cardio exercise program that utilizes boxing moves Highly recommend it
