Some of the staff is a little to pushy with trying to up-sell. I have lotion and I'm not going to spend over $60.00 on another bottle, even if it's on sale. That's my only complaint. Other than that, it's clean, the staff is friendly, there are a lot of beds, so there is no waiting and I've never had to make an appointment. The location is convenient as well.
