This experience was amazing. First time floating and the staff explained it so there were no questions left. You have options for light or no light and music or no music so it’s very customizable. Would 100% do this again! Left feeling so refreshed.

Everything was really easy and very helpful knowledgeable staff. First time so she put me at ease. Relaxed my very tense muscles for the first time in years. Highly recommend.

It was awesome! It was my first time doing a float, but it was really straightforward and pretty relaxing. 90 minutes may have been a bit long for me to handle at the moment, but eventually I'll get the hang of meditation over a long period of time.
