The deal promised a glass of wine but they did not have any when I asked for it. I was sooo looking forward to it.

I was totally happy when I walked out the door. My hair looks great!

I was very displeased. The coloring was good. I asked for a style book and was told that they don't have one and that I would just have to tell them how I wanted my hair done. The hair cutting was done by a student. When I had asked her to make my hair thinner up top she called someone over to help. He told me that my hair looked good. I told him that I still wanted thinner up top. At that point he angrily grabbed the scissors and started cutting my hair very fast without even looking. The result was that on one part of my head he cut out a deep chunk of hair and now I have to cover it up with the hair on the sides of the "hole". I was very upset and displeased.

When I first called for an appointment Alex the owner and hair stylist was not very friendly. He asked me if I needed a regular hair stylist for that would not be him since he is going away to Alaska. Then he preceeded to tell me that i should not cancel this appointment and no one ever cancels on him. Therefore, three days before the appointment I called to confirm. No one bothered to call me back until 1 hour prior to the appointment a young lady called to confirm my arrival. Upon reaching the salon Alex was not there the young lady stated that she not Alex would be doing my hair when I scheduled the appointment Alex told me that he would be styling my hair and i would be in and out within an hour. The young lady was not as experienced as Alex and my hair style was so basic. However, she did give me a good trim and was very nice. But experience and hair finesse was what i was expecting. And No I did not get a glass of wine. but that was the least of my concern. I really was looking for a nice service and style from Alex. This salon experience was disappointing. and very bad customer service.
