A very enjoyable and relaxing day on the train. The volunteer staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable on the history of the train and locations. I went with my teenage son, his girlfriend and a great friend of mine. I will definitely do it again!

The volunteer car announcer (Steve Hanson), the snacks, scenery, and the people in Burnet were ALL an awesome treat! What a great way to spend a beautiful Saturday!

A bit slow and lots of scenery of just cedar trees up close. But we enjoyed the leisurely ride and recommend the trailblazer restaurant on the square for lunch. Thanks everybody!

This was an experience of a lifetime! This was the first time that myself and family, had ever been on a train. Everyone on the train was super kind. My kiddos really loved it, and were super excited to go where the conductor was!! Were definitely going to visit again!!!

We have been riding the trains with Austin Steam Train Assoc. since my son was 3 and we still continue to ride at least once a year for over 10 years!
