Very friendly and welcoming. Mercedes was so informative with options and specials run throughout the month. She also offered to resolve any results I don’t love within 2 weeks. One thing that could be improved is the wait time - a bit longer than expected (about 20 minutes after my paperwork was completed) despite having an appointment. That said, I will be returning to Beautiful Solutions!

Setting the appt was easy either with appointments available within 24 hours. Cindy and staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Been there several times (before COVID) and happy to say nothing has changed!
