The number goes to voicemail so wondered if it would be a black hole, but the guy called back in 15mins and was able to meet pretty quickly and take care of my chip.

They missed my appointment by the next day the chip had spread which would have not happen had he shown for the original appointment. It also still looks terrible after he "fixed" it
