after my first class I was about to give up, what I got myself into. but it is starting to get better after my third class. I would recommend this program for people that want to have a better body and eating healthier

I participated in Farrell's in 2007-2008 and had great results. My daughter now owns her own gym in Grimes, Iowa. I have recommended Farrell's to many, many friends who have recommended Farrell's to many of their friends. This program works! Staff and owners are terrific!
