Good smoothie and hummus!

I was excited to go to Forever Health Cafe since they claimed to understand and provide for a gluten-free diet. I explained to the server that I was gluten-free and it was critical that I not consume gluten. I ordered a sandwich with a gluten-free bun. When the sandwich arrived I was suspicious of the bread and asked the server if she was sure it was the gf bread. She said that yes, it was. I pulled off a small corner of the bread off and tasted it and could tell it was not gf. She returned the sandwich to the kitchen and sure enough it was regular bread. That small corner was enough to cause my body to react to it. I will not return and will not recommend this cafe to my gf friends.
