I think the guide should dress gothic like and really play up the walking tour. That would of made it more captivating.

Thought the hosts did a nice job of running ghost hunt with very limited experience doing it. Location was neat, and not overly creepy. Had a ton of fun and heard some things I can't explain! A win, win!

we did not do the tour but did the paranormal investigation, it was great! When they have another we are planning on doing it again. They handled everything extremely well and were very very easy to work with!

I would really work on making your tours spookier. I felt like there were a few good stories, but they way you told them was flat. Work on your tone, etc. and also maybe get a better plan. It felt like a free-for-all. Also, I would recommend a tour to the cemetery maybe.
