Friendly staff!

I ended up adding extra services and they were wonderful. They also didn't have the nail color I wanted so went out and bought it right then! In addition, I had the best eye brow wax that I've ever had. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Great atmosphere, staff and price

They did a good job. The salon was clean, the massage chairs were comfortable but they were under staffed. I had to wait 30 minutes to get in. I would recommend Qi, but make an appointment.

Despite the required reservation, I still had to wait 15 minutes for my service. The technician was a bit rough with me. Otherwise everything was OK, just not worthy of a recommendation in my opinion.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The salon was clean and comfortable. However, the "luxury" pedicure was hugely lacking. It was supposed to go on for an hour and did not. The nail tech did not massage well at all - made me think it was her first time. My feet are no softer that before I went in - calluses are still there. The person next to me started before me and my pedicure was finished before hers. The manicure was better, and I think lasted just as long as the "luxury pedicure." The lady that did my eyebrow wax was excellent!

I told the tech that I had picked my old shellac off thanks that the base was still on. She didn't soak it off and then questioned if there was something wrong with my nails. Maybe it's the language barrier, I'm not sure. My nails look sloppy.
