About Eden Yoga

When you hear the word "yoga," you might think of gentle poses and meditative breathing exercises. Then again, you might think of sweat-inducing stretches performed in a heated studio. Whatever yoga means to you, Eden Yoga offers a place to learn and grow at your own pace. The studio's classes range from slow-paced and introspective to dynamic and physically demanding. Most of the classes fall somewhere between those two extremes, pushing students to explore their physical limits but stopping short of full-fledged levitation.
